Your Tabletop
This is a tabletop exhibit only. Please confine your materials to the 6’ x 30” tabletop area. Exhibit space includes a table and one chair (or two chairs if you purchased an additional exhibitor registration). Pull-up banners behind the table may be allowed, space permitting. Linens will not be provided. Placement of tables will be at the discretion of CSDA. Tabletop number/exhibit diagram will be available in the Board Secretary/Clerk Conference Community by October 26, 2026.
Reminder: Your registration includes one exhibitor only. Additional exhibitor registrations are available for purchase ($495 CSDA member/$990 for non-members) and include all meal functions.
Internet, AV, and Package Handling:
Shipping – please see Shipping Form. Exhibitor is responsible for any shipping and handling charges.
Electricity or dedicated internet – please order through this link.
The ordering portal will close three (3) days before the event start date. Exhibitors should place all power and internet orders before the portal closes to ensure services can be reviewed and arranged in advance. On-site personnel will not be available to provide last-minute power services after the ordering deadline. For safety and venue policy reasons, exhibitors are not permitted direct access to venue power sources, electrical rooms, or building infrastructure.
