Spring is always the busiest season of the State Legislative Session and 2024 is no different. After the introduction of more than 2,100 bills by the February 16 bill introduction deadline, CSDA’s Legislative Committee approved positions and provided direction for CSDA’s advocacy efforts to take action on behalf of special districts and the communities they serve.
